Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our work. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Standard Items

If you are not satisfied with a standard item purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange - your choice.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Returned with proof of purchase

‍ To initiate a return, contact us at sales@mapleandoakww.ca before sending anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

‍ Return shipping costs:

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.

  • If you're returning for any other reason (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.), return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Custom Made and Personalised Items

Custom made and personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or we have made an error in the agreed specifications.

If you have concerns about a custom order before or during production, please reach out - we'd rather resolve it early than have you unhappy with the finished piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damage and the packaging before unpacking further.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@mapleandoakww.ca.

  3. Include your order number and photos in your message.

‍We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if the item needs to come back to us.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom made and personalised items (unless damaged or incorrectly made - see above)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery
