We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally. Here's what to expect.
Processing Times
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. As a small workshop, processing times vary by order type:
Standard items (in stock): 1–3 business days
Standard items (made to order): 5–10 business days
Custom made and personalised items: Varies depending on complexity and design confirmation - we'll give you an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed
Processing time does not include transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship to Canada, the United States, and most international destinations. We use a combination of carriers depending on the destination and size of the order, including Canada Post and others.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our workshop, transit times are outside our control.

Duties and Taxes
Canada: Applicable GST, PST and HST are calculated and collected at checkout.
United States: Our wood products qualify for duty-free entry under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). Any applicable state or local taxes are calculated at checkout.
International orders: Customers outside Canada and the United States are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are outside our control. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
If you refuse delivery due to unexpected duties or taxes, we are unable to offer a refund on the original shipping cost.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Not all carriers or destinations support full tracking.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at sales@mapleandoakww.ca with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please allow the full estimated transit window to pass before reporting a lost shipment.
Local Pickup
If you are based in the Lower Mainland of BC and would like to arrange local pickup in Langley, contact us at sales@mapleandoakww.ca before placing your order.
